Customer Service Representative / Tech Support

Location: Aston, PA

Position Description:

We are expanding our Customer Service Department and looking for a customer-service representative to provide product/services information and assist our customers in resolving the problems that they face with a positive attitude, accuracy and efficiency. This position is the first line, day-to-day communicator with the majority of our customers. Managing customer orders, inquiries and complaints are the primary responsibilities of the position.  Within this seasonally fast-paced department, you must stay abreast of frequent changes in product availability, delivery status and product specific data.  You will be empowered to control and communicate information as necessary to meet excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with technical questions and product knowledge in a timely manner suggesting selections that meet their needs and emphasizes product selling points.
  • Establishes strong working relationships with customers and Hachik team members to ensure service levels are exceeding customer's expectations.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
  • Process sales orders and follow-up inquiries as necessary
  • Makes follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to solicit additional business.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
     

 

Position Requirements:

  • A "customer focused" attitude is a must.
  • Consistent self- motivation with constant attention to detail.
  • Good phone and active listening skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide appropriate and timely follow up
  • Strong ability to ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to work as part of a team on periodic projects/events.
  • Experience in the pool and spa industry necessary with experience quoting Vinyl Liner Pool Kits a plus.
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
