Driver CDL B - Seasonal
Location: Aston, PA
Position Description:
Hachik Distributors, family owned distributor of swimming pool and spa products for over 90 years is growing. If you love being part of a hard working team in a seasonally fast paced environment and have an attention to detail then you would be the perfect candidate.
We are looking for reliable and experienced CDL B with Hazmat endorsement drivers interested in seasonal (April through August) with the potential of year round position available. All DOT pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening requirements apply.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- In this position you would be on a dedicated delivery route with multiple stops to service and communicate with our customers. You will be driving a 16'/24'/26’ straight/box truck with a lift gate and working with hand truck and/or manual pallet jack.
- You will be responsible for on-time and accurate delivery of freight to customer locations. Position requires mandatory overtime during and around summer months.
Customer Service Representative / Tech Support
Location: Aston, PA
Position Description:
We are expanding our Customer Service Department and looking for a customer-service representative to provide product/services information and assist our customers in resolving the problems that they face with a positive attitude, accuracy and efficiency. This position is the first line, day-to-day communicator with the majority of our customers. Managing customer orders, inquiries and complaints are the primary responsibilities of the position. Within this seasonally fast-paced department, you must stay abreast of frequent changes in product availability, delivery status and product specific data. You will be empowered to control and communicate information as necessary to meet excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with technical questions and product knowledge in a timely manner suggesting selections that meet their needs and emphasizes product selling points.
- Establishes strong working relationships with customers and Hachik team members to ensure service levels are exceeding customer's expectations.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
- Process sales orders and follow-up inquiries as necessary
- Makes follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to solicit additional business.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Position Requirements:
- A "customer focused" attitude is a must.
- Consistent self- motivation with constant attention to detail.
- Good phone and active listening skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide appropriate and timely follow up
- Strong ability to ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to work as part of a team on periodic projects/events.
- Experience in the pool and spa industry necessary with experience quoting Vinyl Liner Pool Kits a plus.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Warehouse Associate

Position Description:

Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This will include functions of receiving inbound freight; put away received product, picking, and packing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
- Properly fill out paperwork.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Practices great teamwork with customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Contributes to team effort by assisting in special projects as needed.
- Must exhibit high levels of integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide appropriate and timely follow up
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks
Position Requirements:
- A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- General computer skills
- Ability to take direction and complete projects on time
- Experience with an RF inventory management system preferred.
- Experience with forklifts (Stand-Up and Sit-Down) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Knowledge of pool and spa products not required, but preferred
